Another Customer Interaction Staring ME!

Me: Need help sir?
Old Man: Yes, I need disinfectant spray for my car
Me: Well that is in aisle 26, I’ll take you to it. *walks over* This is called Spray Nine, it is the best there is
Old Man: Can you read the back to me? I don’t have my glasses.
Me: Sure, says “Spray nine kills and disinfects the following germs and viruses (list of viruses, that includes Avian Bird Flu, Hepatitis B and C, HIV-1 and Herpes Simplex I & II)
Old Man: Herpes?! I don’t have herpes… But I don’t WANT herpes either. I’ll take it.
